Typically, we require the following information:
1. Design Drawings and 3D Models
Design documentation enables us to comprehend your project's scope, scale, and stylistic direction. Ideally, we prefer AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Revit files, though PDF formats are equally acceptable.
If you possess existing 3D models created in ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit, these are extremely valuable and may qualify for a project. If you lack finalized designs and only have conceptual sketches or basic reference materials, that's perfectly acceptable - our comprehensive Design Concept Development service can bridge this gap, and we're happy to provide personalized consultation.
2. Material Specifications
We require detailed information regarding finishing materials for both exterior and interior applications. Specific product specifications or reference imagery are both acceptable formats.
3. Interior Design, Furniture, and Equipment
Our team possesses extensive experience across diverse interior design aesthetics and can contribute valuable creative recommendations. However, establishing aligned creative direction is essential - please communicate your vision and preferences clearly.
If you have detailed specifications for furniture and equipment (appliances such as refrigerators, televisions, air conditioning units, etc.), please provide these details for accurate representation.
4. Project Location
Contextual accuracy with surrounding landscape integration is paramount and represents a cornerstone of our quality assurance standards. We require a Google Maps link indicating the project location, along with any available site photographs. This ensures our renderings achieve authentic environmental integration and geographic accuracy.
5. Reference Imagery
If you have inspirational materials illustrating preferred lighting treatments, atmospheric qualities, or stylistic mood for the renderings, we'll utilize these references to align our work with your aesthetic expectations.
File Compatibility:
We accept most industry-standard file formats, including .DWG, .MAX, .FBX, .RVT, PSD, and others - please send all available materials.
Data Security Commitment:
Data confidentiality represents our highest obligation. We guarantee absolute protection of all submitted information and willingly execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to formalize our confidentiality commitment with clients.
