What information do we need from you for starting the project with high-quality rendering?
This is a question many of our clients ask us before we start. And sure enough, we're ready to start with all you got.
Normal, I'll need the following information:
1. Design drawing and 3d model
The client will give design drawings so I can comprehend the project and its scale and style. The best would be an Autocad-Archicad or Revit drawing, but if you don't have one, a PDF will also suffice.
If you have a 3D model, such as one created in Archicad, Sketchup, 3dMax, or Revit, it will be very helpful and we will have consideration for discount. If you do not have a specific design, only simple simulation documents. That is no problem too- we have an amazing design concept service here or I will advise you more directly.
2. Material information
We need to understand information about finishing materials for the exterior and interior. Specific information or any reference image is fine.
3. Interior design, furniture, and equipment
We have experience with different interior design styles and can bring you nice ideas. But we need to have the same direction and you will let me know about that.
If you have detailed plans for furniture and equipment (such as a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner, etc.), send me the details.
4. Project location
Render with a look close to the surrounding landscape is very important and is also a standard of our control quality. So I will need a google map link to see the project location and any actual photos you have. Our rendering will look realistic, and close to the location and surrounding landscape.
5. Reference image
If you have any material that simulates what you like about the lighting and mood of the render, I will be based on that information to work
We can use most file types like .DWG, .MAX, .SKP ,. FBX, RVT, PSD..so please send all to us.
Data security is considered my top obligation. So you can rest assured that we will always keep the information you submit. And we are willing to sign an NDA confidentiality to commit to keeping information confidential with customers.
